Serenity has an unobstructed view of the Plettenberg Golf Club in the valley below and the Outeniqua Mountain range from every room, even the loft! The property is north facing ensuring maximum sun even in the winter months.

The self catering house has 3 bedrooms all en suite  (sleeps 6) and also has a separate fully equipped loft that can accommodate a further 2 people comfortably.

Serenity is less than 3 minutes drive from Plettenberg Bay and Goose Valley Golf Courses, central town, Indian Ocean beaches and other amenities.

The house has 24 hour security and is surrounded with an double electrified boundary fence with infra red surveillance.

In addition we have ADT rapid response , with alarm system and panic buttons in all bedrooms and on all remotes for your total peace of mind.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan creating a large and inviting social area.

Folding sliding doors open fully to allow the lounge to become one with the large patio increasing the entertainment area with a breath taking view.

Jet master built in gas heater for the cooler evenings.

PATIO. (upstairs)

The patio can be accessed from the main lounge, the master bedroom and the dining room. It has a large wooden picnic table and benches, sun loungers and cozy out door lounge set for the perfect dinner or a quiet evening watching the sunset.

The patio is large and north facing so gets the lovely warm weather even in the winter.

Ideal for outdoor entertaining with  family and friends as it has a combo gas and wood stainless steel BBQ.

MASTER BEDROOM .

Stylish large bedroom with a blackwood king size bed, side tables and dresser.

The en suite bathroom has a large stand-alone shower, twin basins, heated towel rail and a beautiful large corner bath. All with a view of the valley below!

You have a 32” LED TV, unit coupled to DSTV

A Telkom landline for incoming telephone calls.

For personal effects has a built in electrical coded safe in cupboard.

DINING ROOM.

The dining room consists of an 10 seater table with unobstructed views.

KITCHEN.

Spacious kitchen with large island work area and prep bowl.

Fully equipped state of the art kitchen, with all modern appliances.  

SCULLERY.

The scullery is a modern and ergonomic workspace, which includes a double sink, new automatic Bosch washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The scullery opens onto a secure courtyard with washing line and outside sink, it also leads into the double garage.

SECOND LOUNGE (ground floor). 

The down stairs lounge is located between bedrooms 2 and 3.

It is a large and cozy family room with 32” flat screen Panasonic TV and DVD.

The lounge has a patio door to give direct access onto the wooden deck and grass lawn.

Its also has its own kitchenette with bar fridge and prep bowl and basic white goods as well as a storage room leading off it.

Has a ceiling fan for hot summer nights.  

BEDROOM 2..

Large bedroom with queen double bed, side tables and fitted wardrobes and desk. The room is open plan with a large walk in shower and wash basin and a separate toilet.

The room has amazing views of the dam, the mountains and the golf course.

Large bedroom with 2 single beds, open plan bathroom with bath, stand alone shower, heated towel rail and separate toilet.

Sliding doors lead to a large wooden deck which has a day bed with mountain and golf course views.

Self-contained room with double bed, chaise lounge and small dining table. The loft is open plan with its own small kitchenette with all the necessities and fridge freezer/microwave. The en suite bathroom is spacious and has a large walk in shower.
